Termination by Client

You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in activities that could damage our reputation or business. We will provide written notice of termination except in cases of serious misconduct.

Post-Termination Obligations

Upon termination, both parties will return or destroy confidential information as requested. We will provide all completed work upon receipt of final payment. Ongoing support arrangements will be discontinued unless specifically negotiated.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution Process

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve disputes amicably. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and finding mutually satisfactory solutions. If direct resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as agreed by both parties.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are prohibited under these Terms.
